We will assess your abilities and goals, through a questionnaire, along with a time trial effort and one on one communication, to create a personalized training plan designed entirely for you. I will review all workouts and data (power files, heart rate files, cadence, etc) and will adjust your program appropriately.
Packages:
All coaching schedules are given online through www.trainingpeaks.com with feedback maintained by e-mail and phone. These schedules will be designed using power, heart rate and/or perceived exertion based on the client’s requirements. Daily workouts are fine tuned as necessary. Pre-race advice and post race review and suggestions are included in all packages.

Ultimate Level coaching – $495. a month
An all inclusive plan constructed to maximize improvement in your cycling performance by addressing fitness, strength, skills and assessment.

On the bike sessions:
Single session: $90.
Packages:
20 sessions – $1520. – Save $280. ($76. per session)

Group sessions: $50. Per person (limit 5 riders)
On the bike sessions can be anything you want to work on: skills, intervals, race tactics, form for climbing, descending, time trialing and sprinting. We will go over technique, cadence, and body position to maximize your efficiency, safety and comfort on the bike.
